Key Responsibilities:  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management  Maintain and update employee database, attendance, and leave records  Generate operational, sales, and HR-related reports with accuracy  Process monthly payroll within timelines, including salary calculations, incentives, overtime, and deductions  Ensure statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.  Prepare and share salary slips with employees  Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll inputs and report data  Handle employee queries related to salary and MIS data  Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information  Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy at all times Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field  1 - 3 years of experience in MIS and payroll handling  Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management)  Knowledge of statutory compliances  Experience in using any payroll software will be an added advantage
