Candidates from Hospitality background onlyWe are looking for: Designation - HR EXECUTIVE / PAYROLL EXECUTIVE Job description: (Human Resource Executive)· Handling employee attendance, payroll and full & final settlement.· Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).· Monitoring HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with policies.· Manage employee grievances.· Measure and track employee retention and turnover rates.· Oversee HR operations· Hiring/ recruitment of Manpower requirements of the units.· Computation of monthly wages and remuneration including compliance of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Law etc.· Maintenance of statutory registers, quarterly and yearly returns of labour department and health cards of food handlers. Education:· Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Experience:· HR: 2 year (Preferred)· Payroll management: Experience of 2 years using IDine software Remuneration – Negotiable (30 – 35 k)
