Processing payroll:

Tax and deduction management:
Calculating, withholding, and remitting all required taxes (such as TDS, professional tax) and deductions (like PF and LWF).
Record-keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions, including earnings, deductions, and benefits.
Compliance and audits:
Ensuring compliance with payroll-related laws and providing documentation to support internal and external audits.
Employee inquiries:
Serving as a point of contact for employees who have questions or concerns about their pay, taxes, or benefits.
Reporting:
Generating reports on payroll expenses, tax liabilities, and other related data for management
