We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our client team at one well known chemical industry to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹32,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job description:

  The Payroll Associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role involves maintaining payroll records, calculating earnings and deductions, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.

  • Work on payroll software for salary processing, employee data management, and payroll reports.

  • Maintain payroll records including salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and bonuses.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations.

  • Coordinate with the HR team for attendance records, leave data, and employee information updates.

  • Generate payslips, payroll statements, and MIS reports related to payroll.

  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax calculations, and payroll discrepancies.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.

  • Support internal and statutory audits related to payroll.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources.

  • 3–8 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.

  • Hands-on experience in payroll software and MS Excel.

  • Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and payroll compliance.
