Payroll Executive

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll solution data.

• Generate payroll reports, address discrepancies, and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries.

• Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, advance and deductions.

• Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll processing.

• Conduct audits on payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.

• Generate and distribute Payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.

·       Comprehensive understanding of payroll, statutory compliance, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other wage regulations

• Prepare and file monthly Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) challans accurately and on time.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of PF and ESIC records.

• Ensure adherence to all wage and labour compliance as per government regulations.

• Stay updated with changes in labour laws and other relevant statutory requirements.

• Manage statutory compliance documentation, including labour law compliance registers.

• Maintain and update employee records, including salary revisions, attendance, and leave management.

• Prepare payroll-related MIS reports for management review.

• Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll, statutory dues, and other related functions.

• Ensure all records and processes are audit ready.

• Excellent knowledge about different forms of PF & ESIC
