• Profile- Payroll Specialist-HR

• Experience- 1 to 5 Year

• Qualification- MBA in HR

• Job Type- Full Time

• Work Mode- WFO

• Work Location- Sector 63 Noida

The key responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist are: 

• Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including their salary, overtime payments, deductions, and bonuses. 

• Calculating Salaries, Wages , overtime , bonuses and applying deductions.

• Maintaing accurate, Confidential HR/Pyroll files and updating payroll systems.

• Collect and review timekeeping and attendance records using the latest time management software. 

• Prepare annual payroll reports to assess the reliability and efficiency of the payroll system.

• Auditing Payroll data for accuracy and identifying errors. 

• Ensure tax filings by setting up state tax IDs for the entire organization. 

• Maintain a repository of all the essential documents like direct deposit documentation and systems data. 

• Facilitate accurate and timely salary disbursement by overseeing payroll functions, from payroll entry and calculations to reviewing payroll policies. 

• Support employees throughout their entire payroll lifecycle. 

• Act as a payroll advisor to the other departments. 

• Assist in improving the overall planning and control of the payroll department.
