🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including attendance and salary inputs
-Maintain employee master data for new joiners, exits, and changes
-Coordinate with Finance teams and share final payroll registers
-Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements
-Resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Form 16
-Manage annual investment declarations for tax computation
-Support new joiners with salary portal access
-Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations
-Coordinate gratuity documentation and insurance partners
-Manage medical insurance additions/deletions and employee support
🔹 Requirements
-Graduate in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field
-Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances
-Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/attendance systems
-High attention to detail with good communication skills
