The UAE Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary processing, payroll compliance, reconciliation, reporting, and employee query resolution. The role requires close coordination with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to ensure timely and error-free payroll execution for UAE Based out of Mumbai
Payroll Operations (UAE)
Validate employee attendance records and process payroll inputs accurately within defined timelines.
Maintain and update payroll master data, including employee records, salary structures, allowances, deductions, and statutory information.
Verify and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, and deductions.
Coordinate monthly salary processing with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and related payouts.
Reconciliation & Compliance.(UAE)
Perform payroll reconciliation with Finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
Support pension processing activities for Emiratization employees in compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintain payroll documentation, records, and audit trails for internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory payroll requirements.
Employee Support (UAE)
Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, payment issues, and system-related concerns.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to address payroll-related escalations.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare payroll MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review.
Generate payroll summaries, variance reports, cost analysis, and compliance reports.
Provide payroll insights and recommendations to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
2–5 years of payroll administration experience.
