Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees
Ensure accurate calculation of salary, incentives, bonuses, deductions, and arrears
Process payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, and reimbursements
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement
Generate payslips and payroll reports
Maintain payroll records and employee salary data
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity
Ensure timely filing of returns and challans
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings
Coordinate with government departments and auditors when required
Keep track of amendments in labor laws and ensure implementation
Support income tax calculations and Form 16 generation
Assist during statutory, internal, and external audits
Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and updated
Support onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll
Handle full & final settlements
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and labor compliances
Hands-on experience with payroll software (Zoho Payroll, GreytHR, SAP, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
High attention to detail and data confidentiality
Good communication and coordination skills
