Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition SpecialistRole Summary

We’re looking for a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and help us build great teams fast.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment: Understand hiring needs, write JDs, source, screen, interview, and close candidatesSourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases to build a strong pipelineScreening: Conduct initial calls, assess skills + culture fit, and coordinate with hiring managersCoordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and handle offer negotiationsEmployer branding: Represent the company on social media and at hiring eventsATS & Reporting: Maintain data in ATS, track metrics like time-to-hire, and share weekly hiring updatesMust-Have Skills1-4 years recruitment experience, preferably in IT / SaaS / Product / AgencyStrong sourcing skills + knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, IndeedGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to juggle multiple roles and deadlinesBasic understanding of labor laws and offer/CTC structuringGood to HaveExperience hiring for tech roles: developers, PMs, data, salesFamiliarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, WorkdayWhat success looks like

Filling roles within 20-30 days, with quality candidates that stay and perform.
