Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRMS/payroll systems.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
Prepare payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports as required.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams for payroll-related activities.
Support payroll audits and maintain payroll documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee salary information.
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and payroll regulations.
