JD for HR Support Executive
Role & responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.
· Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift allowances.
· Prepare salary structures and compute earnings, deductions, arrears, full & final settlements, etc.
· Ensure accurate processing of new joiner and separation-related payroll inputs.
· Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for timely payroll closure.
· Calculate monthly TDS deductions as per the Income Tax Act.
· Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour laws.
Preferred candidate profile
· Proficient in advance excel
· Good communication in English
