About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MS Excel and a clear understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and etiquettes. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

• Maintain accurate payroll records, attendance, and leave data.

• Process salary, reimbursements, incentives, deductions, and statutory compliances.

• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports using MS Excel.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

• Handle employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for smooth payroll operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).

• Knowledge of payroll etiquette, compliance, and statutory regulations.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll management (freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
