We are looking for a Clinical Case Manager / Care Coordinator / Patient Relations Manager to lead our counseling department and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will manage a team, handle operational grievances, coordinate with various medical departments, and improve the overall hospital workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Departmental & Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the counseling department, including staff scheduling, budget tracking, maintaining operational records, and supervising junior therapists.
Patient Support & Counseling: Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment plans, psychological adjustment to illness, discharge planning, and emotional coping. Provide immediate support to patients who are stressed about their treatment or experiencing friction with their care to ensure their needs are met.
Care Coordination & Logistics: Handle regular clinical logistics by coordinating communication between doctors, insurance companies, and families.
