Key Responsibilities
Sales & Meeting Support
· Coordinate with the sales team to support client meetings, franchise discussions, and business presentations.
· Assist in presenting the brand services, and business opportunities to prospective clients in a professional manner.
· Maintain proper follow-up with prospective clients and share necessary information as guided by the sales team.
· Support the team in scheduling meetings and ensuring timely communication with clients.
Human Resource Management
· Handle hiring and on boarding of sales and non-sales staff.
· Conduct regular team meetings to ensure smooth coordination.
· Track employee performance and collect weekly reports.
· Coordinate with teams across locations for smooth workflow.
· Maintain proper records of employee work and performance (e.g., on Google Sheets).
· Report any issues or challenges to management on time.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
· Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Resolve client queries or pass them to the concerned team when needed.
Qualification & Skills Required
Graduate (B.A / BCom / BBA or equivalent) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, management will be an added advantage.
Must be young, dynamic, presentable, and possess a pleasing personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
