Job Title: Office Boy
Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting with daily administrative and support tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned.
Run local errands such as banking, courier, or purchasing office items when required.
Ensure office equipment and common areas are clean and well maintained.
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
