Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various levels
Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding documentation
Meet hiring targets and timelines
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
