About the Role

CIEL HR is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for the E-commerce industry. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and closing candidates for high-volume frontline roles such as Picker, Packer, and Loader.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for e-commerce and logistics requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates based on eligibility, location, salary expectations, and job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic screening and explain job responsibilities, salary, work location, and shift details.

• Manage high-volume hiring and ensure recruitment targets are achieved within timelines.

• Coordinate candidate interviews and joining formalities.

• Follow up with candidates regularly until joining.

• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.

• Ensure maximum conversion from sourcing to interview, selection, and joining.

• Coordinate with the internal team/client for daily hiring requirements.

• Handle candidate queries and resolve recruitment-related issues.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing bulk hiring requirements.

• Other frontline e-commerce/logistics positions as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.

• Must have prior experience in bulk hiring for E-commerce / Logistics / Warehouse industries.

• Experience hiring for Picker, Packer, Loader, Delivery, Warehouse, or similar frontline roles will be preferred.

• Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is required.

• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and high-volume requirements.

• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

• Male candidates preferred.

Compensation & Work Details

• Take-home Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

• Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
