Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive who has strong knowledge of MIS reporting, advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and basic coding/programming skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, preparing reports, automating processes, and ensuring accurate data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, maintain, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Handle large volumes of data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Create and maintain formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and macros.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel VBA, Google Apps Script, SQL, or other coding tools.
• Generate customized reports as per management requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and maintain data accuracy. • Monitor key business metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain database records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
• Support management with analytical reports and presentations. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive/Data Analyst.
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards, Macros/VBA.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Basic to intermediate coding/programming skills (Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, or automation tools).
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, or database management.
• Understanding of business operations and reporting systems.
