Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Pune Viman Nagar, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-time (Trainee)- Work from Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trainee to join our HR team. The selected candidate will assist in managing and processing employee claims in accordance with the defined guidelines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing employee expense and reimbursement claims in line with company policies.

• Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with employees and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or queries related to claims.

• Maintain accurate records of claims and update the HR system regularly.

• Support in generating reports for claims-related data.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• Basic understanding of HR processes and financial documentation is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn HR systems.
