IT Recruiter

• Sourcing & Attraction:• Write compelling job descriptions, post them online, and proactively find candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech forums.

• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial calls, analyze resumes, and assess technical skills and cultural fit for roles like developers, sysadmins, and data scientists.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT leaders and HR to understand hiring needs, define roles, and forecast future talent requirements.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for ongoing needs.

• Process Management: Schedule interviews, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), extend offers, and facilitate onboarding paperwork.

• Market Expertise: Stay updated on tech trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive compensation.

• Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work to attract top talent. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in IT.

• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with ATS, social media, and sourcing tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build relationships.
