About the Role

Minivel Services is looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner / RPO who will be employed as an FTE with Minivel Services and deployed at Vertiv Energy Private Limited.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or similar sectors. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities for Vertiv's engineering and manufacturing requirements and partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Vertiv is a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, providing power and cooling technologies for data centers, communication networks, and commercial and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, industry experience, location, notice period and compensation.

• Preferably handle requirements across Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial and related domains.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide suitable talent.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback.

• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

• Drive candidates through the recruitment process from initial screening through offer and joining.

• Manage candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Follow up with selected candidates through offer, documentation and joining stages.

• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, source effectiveness, pipeline and offer-to-join ratio.

• Participate in regular recruitment reviews with Vertiv stakeholders and Minivel Services.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

• Prior experience recruiting for Engineering and Manufacturing organizations is strongly preferred.

• Experience hiring for similar industries to Vertiv will be an added advantage.

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

• Good understanding of technical/engineering profiles.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with an engineering/technical educational background will be an added advantage.
