Location: Thane
Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience: 6 Months –2 Year in IT & Non-IT sourcing
Salary - 1.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Worked in ATS (Application Tracking System).
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
