We are seeking a dynamic and driven UK/EU Recruiter to support and lead our talent acquisition activities across the UK and Europe. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Your core responsibility will be to source, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our organization’s culture, values, and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs. • Source and identify high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles across UK/EU markets.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, market insights, and best practices in international recruitment.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through consistent and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate data and tracking using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and UK/EU employment regulations while handling candidate information. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably within the UK/EU market. • Strong understanding of UK/EU employment laws, regulations, and GDPR compliance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
