Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our IT and Non-IT clients and partners. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with clients and candidates, and supporting the recruitment process through onboarding.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduates: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Tech, BE or equivalent.

Post Graduates: MBA, M.Sc, MA or equivalent.

Experience:

Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude can apply.

Experienced: 6 months to 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience. Candidates with experience in recruiting for BPO, IT, and ITES companies will be preferred.

Key Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sourcing and screening abilities

• Knowledge of recruitment methods, including cold calling and internet recruitment

• Good interviewing, negotiation and coordination skills

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the CRM team and clients to understand vacancies and manpower requirements.

• Understand job requirements and candidate expectations clearly.

• Source candidates through job portals, web searches, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.

• Post job descriptions on relevant job portals and track responses.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

• Conduct preliminary candidate interactions and interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Brief candidates before interviews and follow up after interviews.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closure of positions.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.

• Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager to execute recruitment strategies.

• Support campus recruitment activities and build relationships with colleges/universities.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

• Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
