About the Role
Hanuma Infra Projects Private Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Negotiate salary offers and manage candidate onboarding.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll.
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
Required Skills
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with labour law compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
4–6 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge.
Experience handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
