Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee, based in Delhi, India. 

This is not a typical HR role. You will work directly with the founder and handle various HR operations, including posting job openings,calling and screening candidates, implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting personnel management, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Responsibilities also include assisting with employee benefits administration and providing day-to-day support to the founder across a range of functions.

If you want real startup exposure, this role gives you direct learning in hiring, operations, and execution.

Requirements:

• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (any stream)

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and contribute to a collaborative team environment

• Knowledge of Human Resources and core HR Management principles

• Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation within an organization

• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes

• Based in Delhi NCR

Stipend:

• ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
