Job Title: HR Recruiter
Company: Star Estate
Location: HSR LAYOUT, BANGALORE
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 07:00 PM
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Star Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us attract top talent to support our growing organization.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Good understanding of hiring strategies
Ability to meet deadlines and hiring targets
