Job Title: HR Generalist (Fixed-Term Contract)Employment TypeFixed-Term Contract (with possibility of conversion to Full-Time based on performance and business requirement)Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling core HR activities including recruitment support, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling interviews, coordination)Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentationSupport onboarding and exit formalitiesCoordinate with payroll and ensure data accuracyAssist in attendance, leave, and compliance-related activitiesSupport HR policies, employee engagement, and general HR operationsPrepare reports and presentations as required by managementEligibility & RequirementsEducation: Graduation (mandatory)Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in HR Generalist / HR Operations roleCommunication: Good command of English (written & verbal)Technical Skills:MS Excel (basic to intermediate)MS WordMS PowerPointStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityCompensationSalary: As per interview and experienceNoteThis is a contract-based role, and based on individual performance and organizational requirements, the position may be converted into a full-time role.
