Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated  HR Generalist  to lead our HR department. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for improving employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 1. HR Strategy and Planning:

   - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

   - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

2. Employee Relations:

   - Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.

   - Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4. Performance Management:

   - Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure employees receive regular feedback.

   - Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.

5. Training and Development:

   - Identify training needs and create development programs.

   - Facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

   - Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

   - Ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

 
7. Compliance and Policies:

   - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

   - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

8. HR Metrics and Reporting:

   - Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

   - Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least 2 years of HR management experience.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Expert  in HRIS and other HR software.
