We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team Label Surbhi Shah to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and all the operations part for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Assistant Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring the efficient administration and management of human resources functions. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding best practices, and employee relations

Experience in performance management, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture

Proficiency in HR software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in HR management or related roles is preferred
