Inventia Technology Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled people for the role of Intern-Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Expense Management
Assist in collecting, reviewing, and verifying employee travel expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance.
Coordinate with employees to resolve discrepancies and missing documentation.
Maintain organized records of travel expense reports and receipts.
Support finance/HR teams in the monthly reconciliation of travel expenses.
2. Recruitment Process Support
Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals).
Assist and work on report generation, work on open vacancies, and ensure adequate manpower in the organization
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates via calls, emails, etc.
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, welcome kits, and conducting orientation support.
Handle regular follow up and create a pool of candidate data
Requirements & Skills:
Current enrolment in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recent graduate.
Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
