Key Responsibilities :
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth studio functioning
Handle front-office coordination, calls, emails, and visitor management
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and utilities
Ensure studio cleanliness, discipline, and overall upkeep
HR & People Operations
Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
Act as a point of contact for staff-related queries
Assist in maintaining HR policies and internal communication
Client Coordination & Feedback Management
Interact with clients professionally and ensure a positive experience
Collect client feedback through calls, messages, forms, or in-person interaction
Maintain and update client feedback records
Analyze feedback and share reports with management
Coordinate with trainers/instructors to resolve client concerns
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are addressed and satisfaction is maintained
Reporting & Support
Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, feedback, and admin activities
Support management with operational and HR-related tasks
Assist in organizing workshops, events, or promotional activities
