Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Draft HR policies, offer letters, and employee documentation
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
Handle travel arrangements, courier services, and logistics
Maintain office records, bills, and documentation
Ensure a smooth and organized workplace environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/Admin role
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently
