Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and recruit qualified Instructional Designers through multiple channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiation.
Instructional Design Understanding
Evaluate candidates’ expertise in learning design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick model).
Assess portfolios for e-learning modules, blended learning programs, and digital content.
Ensure candidates align with organizational culture and training needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders to forecast ID requirements.
Provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
Support onboarding and integration of new hires into the learning team.
Process Improvement
Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.
Recommend strategies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to L&D or instructional design roles.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to balance strategic hiring with operational execution.
