Job Details

• Role: HR Executive

• Location: Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad (100% Onsite)

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month

• Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for India operations, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• HR Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, attendance coordination, and documentation.

• Global Support: Assist the global HR team with USA hiring compliance and candidate form completion.

• Employee Relations: Manage grievance handling and conflict resolution for both India and USA-based teams.

• Compliance: Ensure all records and documentation meet Indian labor laws and corporate policy standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

• Communication: Strong English communication skills are essential for interacting with our global workforce.

• Presence: Must be comfortable working onsite in Makarba and committed to the night shift schedule.
