Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

• Help address employee queries and concerns professionally.

🔹 Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

• Maintain HR MIS reports and assist in audits.

🔹 Training & Development

• Coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and collect feedback.

• Support in skill development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of HRMS systems is a plus.

• Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
