Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing SaaS company providing innovative cloud-based solutions to help
businesses scale and perform more efficiently. We’re looking for an HR Executive to support
and enhance our talent and culture initiatives as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow
ups
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team fit
Manage onboarding process: documentation, induction, and IT setup coordination
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
Handle employee letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.)
Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leaves, and variable components
Ensure timely completion of exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Support initiatives for a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture
Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys and coordinate action items
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal company policies
Support in drafting and updating HR policies as per business needs
Handle documentation for audits (ISO, SOC2, etc., if applicable)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role (preferably in a
tech or SaaS company)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools (HRMS), and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with tools like Razorpay, Keka, or Zoho People
• Understanding of SaaS industry work culture and talent expectations
• Experience in startup or fast-paced tech environments
