Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records
Support payroll, benefits and HR policy implementation
Handle employee relations and HR documentation
Oversee office administration, vendors and facilities
Maintain asset allocation, movement and returns
Conduct periodic asset verification and coordinate maintenance.
Prepare HR, admin and asset-related reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
2-4 years of HR & Admin experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative systems
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters confidentially
Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
