Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Salary (CTC): Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the organization attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Positive attitude and team player
