🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and organized HR Executive who will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 1 year of HR experience who want to build their career in Human Resources.
🧑💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Manage the complete interview process until candidate selection.
2. Onboarding Process
Handle new employee onboarding and documentation.
Explain company policies, roles, and responsibilities.
Ensure smooth joining and orientation for new employees.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain daily employee attendance records.
Track employee working hours and absenteeism.
Manage leave requests and approvals as per company policy.
4. Payroll Support
Maintain employee records required for payroll processing.
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and payroll management.
Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave data before payroll.
5. Employee Records Management
Maintain employee files and HR database.
Update employee information regularly.
6. Exit Process
Manage employee resignation and exit formalities.
Conduct exit interviews.
Complete full and final settlement documentation.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresher or up to 6 months experience in HR or recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Organized and detail-oriented personality.
Ability to handle multiple HR tasks.
