Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / telesales profiles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR rounds
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Follow up with candidates for interview and joining
Ensure timely closures of open positions
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment or BPO telesales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset
Good MS Excel and reporting skills
