Prepare and monitor daily attendance reports and ensuring accurate tracking of attendance and leave records
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and organizing orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, foster a positive workplace, and organize company events.
HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking reviews and assisting with employee development plans.
Payroll Coordination: Liaise with the payroll department to ensure accurate salary processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
