Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations at the corporate office, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple HR functions efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee database and HRMIS
Manage attendance, leave records, and documentation
Ensure proper filing of employee records
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
Assist in payroll processing and verification
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement
Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Support performance appraisal processes
5. Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
Maintain statutory compliance As Per Company
Assist in audits and documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
