Job Title: Financial & Software Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage both financial operations and software-related processes within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance, along with basic to intermediate knowledge of software systems, data handling, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records

Handle loan processing, documentation, and client coordination

Monitor accounts, payments, and financial reports

Assist in investment planning and financial advisory services

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Software & Technical Responsibilities:

Operate and manage company software systems and databases

Coordinate with the technical team for software updates and troubleshooting

Maintain data accuracy and generate reports using software tools

Assist in implementation of new digital solutions or platforms

Basic understanding of CRM, ERP, or financial software systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, IT, or related field

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes

Familiarity with software tools, MS Excel, and data management

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, loan processing, or fintech

Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems

Basic understanding of software development or IT processes
