Handle end-to-end manpower recruitment for Saudi Arabia
Coordinate with Saudi clients regarding manpower requirements
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates as per job specifications
Manage Saudi visa stamping, documentation, and compliance
Coordinate medical tests, biometrics, GAMCA/MOF, and other formalities
Liaise with embassies, travel agents, and third-party service providers
Maintain candidate records, documents, and recruitment databases
Ensure timely deployment and follow-up with candidates and clients
Prepare reports, emails, and official correspondence in English
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory recruitment standards
Experience in manpower recruitment and Saudi visa processing
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and visa procedures (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Ability to handle multiple candidates and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Prior experience in overseas manpower recruitment
Experience handling bulk hiring and trade-wise recruitment
Familiarity with Saudi portals and recruitment processes
