Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from different departments

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads

• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Handle offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires

• Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines

• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports

• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring activities

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong screening and interviewing skills

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously

• Knowledge of job portals and ATS

• Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Qualifications

• Graduate/postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR), or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers may apply if relevant exposure)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or technical hiring

• Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Number of positions closed within TAT

• Offer-to-joining ratio

• Quality of hire

• Candidate experience feedback
