Job Description

A Human Resource Executive (HR Executive) is a professional responsible for managing various employee-related functions within an organization. They play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection: Posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees

• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture

• Attendance & Leave Management: Tracking employee attendance, leaves, and shift records

• Payroll Support: Assisting in salary processing, incentives, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)

• Policy Implementation: Enforcing company policies and procedures

• Performance Management: Coordinating appraisals and employee evaluations

• Training & Development: Organizing training sessions and skill development programs

🔹 Required Skills:

• Communication & interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of labor laws

• Organizational & multitasking skills

• Basic HR software knowledge

🔹 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com,)

• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
