Company: Leadvision Trading India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: A1/175, Upper Ground Floor, Block A1, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058
Experience: 3–4 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Week Off: All Sundays + 2nd & 3rd Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing
• Talent Acquisition — Source, screen, schedule interviews, evaluate candidates, and close offers aligned with salary benchmarks.
• Onboarding & Induction — Set up joining kits, ID cards, biometric access, and conduct engaging orientation sessions.
• HR Documentation — Maintain accurate employee records, handle agreements, and ensure full legal compliance.
• Issuing HR Letters — Confirmation, experience, relieving, warning, increment/promotion, and contract letters.
• Employee Support — Resolve queries on PF, ESIC, and HR policies; manage competency mapping.
• Background Verification — Collect, verify, and communicate BGV findings to stakeholders.
• Exit Management — Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth, compliant separations.
• Daily HR Operations — Attendance, biometric, daily KRA checks, and internal communication mailers.
• Engagement & Training — Birthdays, fun activities, and training program coordination.
