Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records and employee data.
Help with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
MS Office proficiency.
Willingness to learn and grow in HR function.
Preferred Candidate:
Fresher or up to 2 year of HR experience.
Positive attitude and strong coordination skills
